What CRM integrations are supported?
Orbytal includes native 2-way sync with Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, and multiple other CRM platforms on every plan. The Command tier adds full API access and the Orbit tier includes an MCP extensibility layer for custom integrations with your broader data stack.
How long does implementation take?
Most teams are scoring accounts within a day of connecting their CRM. A complete Core implementation including territory configuration, capacity modeling, and team onboarding typically takes about a week. For deeper integrations in Command and Orbit, we typically plan on 2–3 weeks total. Our team guides and supports you through every step.
Can I upgrade tiers later?
Yes. You can move from Core to Command or Command to Orbit at any time. Plan changes take effect immediately and we prorate your billing accordingly.
How does pricing change with team size?
Starting pricing covers teams of up to 10 people. All plans are priced based on team sizes grouped into: 11–20, 21–35, 36–60, and 61–100. For revenue teams with more than 100 team members, reach out and we can provide a customized plan for you.
Is my data secure?
